FitYoga, developed by Balazs Heller, is a Dynamic Power Vinyasa Flow sequence that fuses creative flows, powerful holds and Pilates-inspired core exercises into a unique sequence.

Total of 200-HRS including home study, essays & curriculum materials

Yoga Alliance is a non-profit organization that supports yoga teachers and the diversity and integrity of yoga. Their mission is to lead the yoga community, set standards, foster integrity, provide resources, and uphold the teachings of yoga.

Yoga Alliance registers both individual yoga teachers and yoga teacher training programs who have complied with minimum educational standards established by the organization.

Teachers registered in yoga alliance are authorized to use the initials “r.y.t.” (registered yoga teacher) after their name, or the initials “e-r.y.t.” (experienced registered yoga teacher) if they have significant teaching experience in addition to training.

The curriculum of the training program is designed in accordance with the 200-hour Yoga Alliance requirements and it delivers a vast material on yoga alignment, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, yoga history, reiki energy healing, yoga anatomy, injuries and yoga therapy.

Join our Intensive 20 days Yoga Teacher Training in Hungary (Central Europe) at lake Balaton and start teaching on day four.  Fityoga will make you sweat with pleasure, and through meditation, Reiki healing and spiritual workshops you will grow spiritually every day. Special attention is paid to alignment and modifications, that makes our program available for both beginners and intermediate practitioners. Most importantly you will be able to teach and adjust an integrative 95 minute yoga class by graduation! You will also have free time every day to: immerse yourself in natural hot springs, sail on central Europe’s largest freshwater lake and explore nature parks and famous wine regions.

Venue for Lectures and Accommodation

Join our power vinyasa yoga teacher training and retreat at Lake Balaton, learn to teach yoga, deepen spiritually and explore the beauty of lake Balaton in 20 days. Our accommodation for this teacher training will be at Valeria Guesthouse, located in the beautiful lakeside resort town of Balatonboglár, walking distance to the lake. Students can also use the guesthouse’ facilities such as a small pool, sunbeds and gardens. Theory lessons will be held indoors and we will practice yoga and meditation outdoors in the garden or by the lake, weather permitting.
Following our daily curriculum there will be plenty of time for other activities such as:

– Kayaking and swimming in lake Balaton
– Cycling or try horseback riding along the lake
– Explore the Balaton Uplands Nature park and  its stunning rocks
– Visit Krishna Valley Village and the temple of Krishna
– Discover nature parks and animal reservoirs
